Position Details: Svelte JS Lead

Description:

You’ll be building modern, scalable, high-performance web apps using Svelte JS & SvelteKit, leading frontend development, mentoring the team, and delivering top-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design & development of web applications using Svelte JS and SvelteKit
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Backend Devs, and Product stakeholders
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Conduct code reviews & enforce coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently
• Mentor junior developers & provide technical guidance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning & tech discussions

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Frontend Development *(Can share 7.10+ Yrs experience
profiles)

• - Strong hands-on experience with Svelte JS
• Excellent knowledge of SvelteKit
• Proficient in JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in responsive & cross-browser compatible apps
• Familiarity with REST APIs & frontend integration
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with React JS
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization
• Hands-on with Git & modern dev workflows
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines & Agile methodologies
