• *Job Summary
• We are looking for an experienced *JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution Functional Consultant with *7–10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

The candidate should have strong experience in *JDE Sales & Distribution*, with implementation/support experience across *Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Logistics and Distribution*.

The consultant should have strong understanding of *end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes*, functional configuration, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, production support and integration with other JDE modules.

Oracle identifies EnterpriseOne Sales Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse Management and Transportation Management as distinct but integrated functional areas.


• Key Responsibilities
1.JDE Sales & Distribution
• - Provide functional expertise in *JDE EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management*.
• Configure and support sales order processes based on business requirements.

• Work on:
• Sales Order Entry
• Order Promising
• Backorders
• Order Holds
• Pick/Pack/Ship
• Shipment Confirmation
• Invoicing
• Sales Update
• Returns/RMA
• Credit/Replacement Orders
• Understand order types, line types, document types and processing
options.
• Configure and troubleshoot sales order processing.
• Support pricing, availability, commitments and inventory interactions.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to sales and distribution.
The standard JDE sales flow includes order entry, pick slip, shipment confirmation, invoicing and sales update.

• 2.Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Strong understanding of the *Procure-to-Pay lifecycle*, including:
• Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Purchase Order Receipts
• Receipt Routing
• Voucher Matching
• Supplier pricing
• Inventory impact
• Accounts Payable integration
• General Ledger integration
• Three-way matching
• Procurement approvals

The candidate should understand how Procurement interacts with Inventory,
AP and GL.

3.Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Strong understanding of the complete *Order-to-Cash process*, including:
• Customer → Sales Order → Availability → Pick → Ship → Invoice → AR → Cash
• Responsibilities include:

4.Inventory Management

5.Advanced Pricing
• Strong functional knowledge of *JDE Advanced Pricing*.
Experience should include:
• Base pricing
• Price adjustments
• Adjustment schedules
• Customer-specific pricing
• Item/customer groups
• Contract pricing
• Trade discounts
• Volume discounts
• Promotional pricing
• Free goods
• Price hierarchy/search sequence

JDE Advanced Pricing supports multiple adjustments, hierarchical search
sequences, free goods and procurement/sales pricing scenarios.

 6.Advanced Warehousing
• Experience in *JDE Warehouse Management / Advanced Warehousing is preferred.
