• What you will do:
• The Client Experience Specialist at DU India will be responsible to support
India.

In this role you will work with DU internal teams, USI Client
experience and accounts teams in delivering seamless experience for the
experiences, hosting tours showing Deloitte’s capabilities demonstrating
ownership in handling ensuring end-end support.

Responsibilities:

• - Assist with scheduling client sessions, Classroom logistics, and set
up planning, to ensure smooth execution of client sessions.

• Coordinate with the USI client experience and account teams on hosting
dry runs to ensure session readiness.

• Collaborate with DU internal teams – Technology, F&B and operations
team for a smooth client session delivery

• Gather and maintain client sessions tracker to ensure accurate
periodic reporting

• Work with DU India Client experience lead and USI client experience
team for any data discrepancies flowing in through Captivate and tool
enhancements as appropriate

• Host DU tours for the internal visiting leaders and clients showcasing
Deloitte’s capabilities.

• Review client feedback in the Captivate tool and share key themes, if
any emerging from the feedback related to DU India.

• Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree

3-4 years of experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage
effectively with clients and senior-level leadership.

Self-starter mindset: proactive, dependable, and comfortable owning tasks
independently.

Should be able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a
fast-paced environment.

Ability to understand the visit goals and tailor DU tour to support the
intended narrative.
