Experience : 2-4 Years

Qualifications :- LLB or Equivalent Degree in Labour matters & compliance /
MBA HR with experience in handling Statutory compliance / Employment laws,
vendor audit etc (HR, Legal, Finance) role or business process for more
than 2-4 years in HR Compliance Firm (in operations).

Required

• 2-4 years
of professional experience with 1.5 year operational experience in Labour
Law Compliance, Audit / client management role in renowned legal/HR
Compliance Firm or Business house.

• Experience working independently on
multiple assignments or engagements

• Experienced to deal with requirements
which are sudden, flexibility to quickly turn around things and help create
a controlled environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Leadership skills
demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making
abilities

• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment Preferred
• LLB with experience in Labour Laws and Compliance at PAN India level.

• Experience in working on Compliance tool and other cloud based applications
or other applications in HR/Talent

• Experience working in HRSS department
of a multinational company

• Relevant experience in business process
reengineering, work body transitions, and quality controls. can you share
