Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Project Systems (PS) implementation projects, including
requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment,
and post-go-live support.

Act as an SAP PS Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide functional
execution, and project closure.

Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements, pain
points, and process gaps, and translate them into effective SAP PS
solutions.

Conduct business requirement gathering workshops with key business
stakeholders and document functional requirements.

Lead Fit-Gap Analysis to identify gaps between standard SAP functionality
and business requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Design and provide end-to-end SAP PS solutions, ensuring alignment with
business processes and overall SAP architecture.

Configure SAP PS functionalities including Project Definition, WBS,
Planning, Settlement, and Project Execution.

Work on integration of SAP PS with other modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP,
and Asset Management, wherever applicable.

Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments and work closely
with ABAP/technical teams for implementation.

Lead and support SIT, UAT, integration testing, defect resolution, and
production deployment.

Conduct solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer
sessions for business and technical stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder communication and effectively present solution options,
recommendations, risks, and dependencies to client leadership.

Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide
sustainable solutions.

Ensure SAP PS solutions follow SAP best practices, implementation
methodology, and client standards.

Mentor junior SAP PS consultants and provide functional guidance across
project deliverables.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation including BRD, FSD,
configuration documents, test scenarios, process flows, and user manuals.

Participate in project planning, estimation, status reporting, and
coordination with offshore/onshore teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and
optimization within SAP PS.

Take ownership of deliverables and ensure quality, timelines, and client
expectations are met.
