● Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives,
partnering with business
leaders to identify and attract high-calibre professionals who align with
Bridgehorn's values
and vision
● Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes
that ensure
seamless transitions, cultural integration, and knowledge transfer
● Champion learning and development programs that upskill our workforce in
emerging
technologies, data analytics, and AI/ML capabilities, ensuring continuous
growth and market
competitiveness
● Oversee performance management systems and processes that drive
accountability, recognize
excellence, and facilitate meaningful career development conversations
● Develop and manage employee engagement strategies, rewards and
recognition programs
that foster motivation, belonging, and retention across the organization
● Build and maintain competency and skill matrices that align individual
capabilities with
organizational requirements, enabling strategic workforce planning
