UX/UI Designer – Product (Design Systems & AI Prototyping) Location: Remote The Role We are seeking a UX/UI Designer – Product to join Takamul's product team, working closely with the Design Lead to shape how our products look, feel, and are communicated to clients, regulators, and partners.

This role owns UI/UX design, the product design system, and rapid, AI-powered prototyping, and also supports client presentations, demos, and market-facing materials.

You should be comfortable moving fast with modern AI-assisted design tools (such as Figma Make and Claude) to turn ideas into interactive, testable prototypes quickly — and confident presenting that work directly to stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and maintain Takamul's design system, ensuring UI consistency, reusability, and scalability across products.

• Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude, and similar) to rapidly turn concepts into high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to design UI/UX concepts, mockups, and prototypes that enhance user journeys.

• Build interactive demos and clickable prototypes that bring product concepts to life for client and stakeholder audiences.

• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, product decks, and visual assets to support engagements with clients, regulators, and partners.

• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, visual, and easy-to understand content.

• Ensure brand and design-system consistency across all presentations, reports, and product related communication.

• Support client workshops, demos, and proposal preparations by presenting visually compelling, interactive materials directly to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with external vendors/agencies when required to develop design and marketing assets.

• Provide input on product positioning and value articulation to ensure strong market messaging.

• Assist in shaping the visual identity of Takamul's products, aligning with local and global best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, ideally within fintech, regtech, or enterprise software.

• Strong skills in UI/UX design tools (Figma or Sketch) with a design-system mindset.

• Hands-on, working knowledge of AI-powered design and prototyping tools is a must — e.g., Figma Make, Claude, or equivalent generative AI tools — used for rapid prototyping and iteration.

• Demonstrated ability to build interactive demos and prototypes that clearly communicate product concepts.

• Working proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.

• Proven ability to develop high-quality slides and visuals for executive-level engagements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to present designs, prototypes, and demos directly to stakeholders and clients.

• Familiarity with financial technology and government/regulatory environments is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
