Description:
Key
Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support IFS Cloud for utility field operations across FSM, PSO, and Mobile Work Order (MWO).
Configure and optimize PSO: scheduling/optimization rules, constraints, calendars, skills/competencies, territories, priorities, capacity and exception handling; support dispatch operations and schedule compliance.
Configure and support MWO/Mobile execution: technician workflows, task execution, status updates, offline/online sync behaviors (as applicable), and mobile user enablement.
Build and maintain IFS Cloud Lobbies and Dashboards (planner/dispatcher/supervisor/technician KPIs, operational drilldowns).
Perform IFS Cloud configuration and fit-to-standard design; define and support required customizations/extensions within IFS Cloud constraints and governance.
Support deployment and release activities in IFS Cloud: environment coordination, configuration migration, validation, production readiness, and hypercare.
Use SQL to analyze and troubleshoot operational issues (data validation, reconciliation, KPI/report support) and to accelerate root-cause analysis.
Provide integration support and troubleshooting for inbound and outbound messages: monitoring, payload validation, mapping issues, error handling/retries, interface logging, and coordination with integration teams.
Troubleshoot user issues end-to-end including user details, attributes, roles/permissions, task behaviors, and operational process defects; produce clear documentation and preventative recommendations.
Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, change requests, and continuous improvement; partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable IFS Cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications (Must Have): Must have hands-on IFS Cloud experience (implementation and/or production support).
Proven experience with IFS FSM and IFS PSO (Planning & Scheduling Optimization); experience with MWO (Mobile Work Order) required.
Utilities industry experience (electric/gas/water/telecom) supporting work order and field service operations.
Strong experience with IFS Cloud configuration and understanding of customization/extension approaches appropriate for cloud (governance, upgrade-safe patterns).
Hands-on experience building/supporting lobbies and dashboards.
Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and validation.
Working knowledge of integrations and message-based interfaces, including inbound/outbound message troubleshooting and monitoring.
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a support + delivery environment.
Preferred / Nice to Have: Experience with utility ecosystem integrations (e.g., GIS, CIS, OMS, AMI/AMR) and field mobility patterns.
Release management experience for IFS Cloud (testing strategy, regression planning, cutover/hypercare).
ITIL incident/problem management exposure; IFS training/certifications.
