The Role
Experience: 1–2 Years We are looking for an AI-Driven DevOps Engineer who believes DevOps should increasingly be automated, intelligent, and agent-assisted rather than manually operated.
We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to use AI prompts.
You must understand DevOps fundamentals well enough to question, validate, debug and safely implement AI-generated solutions.
What You Will Do ● Use AI coding tools and agents as part of everyday infrastructure and deployment workflows. ● Build AI-assisted workflows for deployments, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, RCA and operational support. ● Convert repetitive DevOps activities into scripts, automated workflows or agent-driven processes. ● Continuously experiment with emerging AI capabilities and identify where they can replace or improve manual DevOps work. ● Build and improve CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, security checks, deployment, rollback and release automation. ● Automate cloud infrastructure, Improve monitoring and observability using Terraform/IaC, Bash/Shell, Python and AI-generated automation. ● Use AI to analyse logs, alerts, application failures and infrastructure behaviour and accelerate troubleshooting. ● Maintain AI-assisted runbooks, RCA documentation and operational knowledge.
Build Securely ● Implement good practices around IAM, RBAC, secrets, access control and cloud security. ● Integrate security and vulnerability checks into automated delivery pipelines. ● Critically review AI-generated scripts/configurations before they reach production.
What You Need ● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure or a related engineering role. ● Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, Git and CI/CD. ● Working knowledge of GCP/AWS, Docker and Kubernetes. ● Ability to automate using Shell/Bash and Python. ● Exposure to Terraform/IaC and monitoring/observability tools.
